The Superfloats floating drums component is made of Medium Density Polyethylene MDPE. Rotomolded in colours of your choice, they will not chip or peel. Drums surfaces are smooth and have some resistance to algae growth and good ESCR and Chemical resistance. It is also fully formulated for long term UV stabilization and excellent long term creep resistance. To prevent sinking in the event of fracture, the interior is composed of high density closed cell polyurethane (PU) foam.
Together with an extensive range of accessories, the floats modules can be very versatile and handy products for all kind waterfront development project. It is cost effective & highly flexible, it is quick & easy to install, it can be used as a temporary or permanent structure as required.
The pump pontoons are robustly built with aluminium frames that joins with marine grade Superfloats floating drums for higher corrosion resistance in marine, salt or chemical environments.
The pump pontoons are available in many sizes and are specified based upon the size and weight of the pump systems. Options of various buoyancy capacity up to 3600kg are available. It also provides reliable flotation for work pontoon.

Floating Linear Barrier (FLB) presents a lower cost coastal protection to facilities such as Resorts/Hotels/Jetty etc where the issues in hand are more of border demarcation, containment or minor vandalism/theft prevention.

Triangle type is a rotating anti climbing spike barrier designed to be installed above any existing fence. Rotating around a central spindle, the individual three spiked tri-wing collars can be assembled to form a barrier of any length.
This is a versatile anti climb system, that’s simple to install and designed to offer years of maintenance free service. The system consists of a series of rotating aluminium vanes which fit onto a central shaft, which itself is supported at intervals by fixing brackets.
Clear polycarbonate base and thin stainless steel rods are nearly invisible even from short distances.
Roller Barrier consists of a series of independently rotating cups mounted on a central shaft (extruded aluminium tube) and supported at 2 metre intervals with suitable brackets. Floating Wetland Module (FWM) are floating platform where suitable shrubs/plants can be grown on and thus floating on the water surface. Depending on the weight or type of planting intended. It can range from a very simple foam + wire mesh or a more robust type such as Superfloats FWM where additional buoyancy loading can be provided.
The Superfloats FWM Modular Prefabricated Units shall be foam filled floats of dimension 1200 x 1200 x 300mm complete with void space for distributed planting material filling. The void enclosure to be filled with Superfloats Capillary Cuspate Tray c/w planting material.
The FWM can be arranged in rows and shall consist of these multiple float-stacked-up units or the walkway be additionally fitted with half-round floats depending on the loading requirements. The adjoining modular units shall be capable of loosely connected with the fastening link designed for easy engagement/disengagement to allow for quick replacement. The fastening ropes or pins shall be of non-corrosive type construction.
The various types of FWM below can be used in combination to create an irregular shape floating islet/island as necessary.

Superfioats Elastic Mooring Systems (EMS) are unique such that the rubber elastic rodes will stretch and extend Its length, thus enable the floating platform i.e. pontoons, buoys or boats to rise or fall in tandem with the tides or waves.
The progressive extension of the rodes work particularly well in that the effects of swells i.e. boat-wakes etc are dampened, thus reducing the risk of damage to moored boats considerably!!
Superfioats EMS Systems is environmentally friendly to the marine ecosystems as anchor & chain drag or other seabed damage in less likely to happen and suitable for marine park location with coral reefs, vegetation and historic relics.

The Superfloats Aluminium Gangway (SAGW) ranges from 6m to 34m in length with varying standard width as required, the longer gangways were jointed for transportation & manufacturing reasons. The design is in compliance with established codes such as AS3962.

Floating Barriers / Booms are commonly used in water areas primary for the two reasons below.
Containment Boom / Barriers
Containment Boom / Barriers are applied to zone off a water zone from debris, silt turbidity or oil etc. & these are contained to a specific designated area so that it can be efficiently collected for subsequent disposal. The design of containment boom or barrier is dependent on what are to be contained i.e. rubbish, timber log, silt turbidity or floating oil, it is also dependent on the prevalent site condition i.e. high velocity rivers, deep reservoir etc. or cordoning of working zonei.e. bridge pier area that need to prevent silt spreading to the whole water catchment.
Demarcation / Security Barriers / Booms
Similarly, the purpose of Demarcation / Security Barriers / Booms could be simply for the purpose of direction, information or demarcation of non-entry area i.e. water intake sump of a reservoir: it can also be further enhance with security items like spikes or designed to stop ill intent high speed boat from military craft/oil tankers.
