Floating Drums

The Superfloats floating drums component is made of Medium Density Polyethylene MDPE. Rotomolded in colours of your choice, they will not chip or peel. Drums surfaces are smooth and have some resistance to algae growth and good ESCR and Chemical resistance. It is also fully formulated for long term UV stabilization and excellent long term creep resistance. To prevent sinking in the event of fracture, the interior is composed of high density closed cell polyurethane (PU) foam. Together with an extensive range of accessories, the floats modules can be very versatile and handy products for all kind waterfront development project. It is cost effective & highly flexible, it is quick & easy to install, it can be used as a temporary or permanent structure as required.

Pump Pontoons

The pump pontoons are robustly built with aluminium frames that joins with marine grade Superfloats floating drums for higher corrosion resistance in marine, salt or chemical environments. The pump pontoons are available in many sizes and are specified based upon the size and weight of the pump systems. Options of various buoyancy capacity up to 3600kg are available. It also provides reliable flotation for work pontoon. There are optional items such as under bracket support with or without screen screen, safety railing, attachments anchors or pontoon hoist.

Detachable Floater Units

The detachable floaters are the flotation units that consist of some combination of the floats drums connected with aluminium frame. It provides reliable flotation for pump pontoons and work pontoons. This unit manufactured in sections that allow to create any size of floater depending on the force and buoyancy capacity needed. Numbers and sizes of floater units are not restricted allowing fitment of large multiple pump set and working area. There are optional items such as under bracket support with or without screen screen, safety railing, attachments anchors or pontoon hoist.

Pipe Floaters

The pipe floater are robustly built with aluminium frame that joined with marine grade superfloats floating drums for higher corrosion resistance in marine, salt or chemical environments. The floater welded with a single hull in solid one piece construction. To prevent sinking in the event of fracture, the interior is composed of high-density closed cell polyurethane foam and it is suitable for marine environment. The pipe floater are available in many sizes and are specified based upon the size and weight of the pipe systems. Options of various buoyancy capacity up to 1500kg are available. There are optional items such as safety railing, attachments anchors and barb wire.
